Manage subscription
Manage your subscription from the customer portal.
Access the portal
- Go to My Plan
- Click Manage subscription
- Polar portal opens
Available options
In the portal you can:

| Cancel | Cancel subscription |
Cancel subscription
- In the portal, click Cancel
- Confirm cancellation
- You keep Plus until period end
After canceling
- Plus access until end of paid period
- After, you return to free plan
- Your data is preserved
- You can reactivate anytime
Canceling doesn't delete your data. Only free plan limits apply.
