Scanning issues
QR is not detected
Solutions:
- Ensure complete QR is in the photo
- Improve lighting
- Avoid shadows on the QR
- Don't fold the sheet over the QR
- Clean the camera
Answers are detected wrong
Possible causes:
- Poorly filled bubbles
- Light pencil
- Blurry image
Solutions:
- Tell students to fill completely
- Use dark pencil or pen
- Keep phone stable when capturing
"No exam detected"
System couldn't read the QR. Check:
- QR visible and complete
- Correct sheet (from correct exam)
- Good lighting
"This exam doesn't belong to you"
Sheet belongs to another teacher. Verify it's your exam.
Scanning is very slow
- Check your internet connection
- Wait and retry
- Server may be busy
If an error persists, capture a screenshot and contact support.
