Billing issues

Payment was declined

Possible causes:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Expired card
  • Card limit reached
  • Bank blocked transaction

Solutions:

  1. Verify card details
  2. Contact your bank
  3. Try a different payment method

Where do I see my invoices?

  1. Go to My Plan
  2. Click Manage subscription
  3. In Polar portal, go to "Invoices"

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to My Plan
  2. Click Manage subscription
  3. Select "Cancel"
  4. Keep Plus until period end

Are there refunds?

Contact support within the first 7 days of your subscription to request a refund.

Payment processed but I don't have Plus

Wait a few minutes. If it persists:

  1. Log out and log back in
  2. Contact support with payment receipt

Payments are processed securely by Polar.
