Account issues

I can't log in

Possible causes:

  • Wrong password
  • Email not verified
  • Account doesn't exist

Solutions:

  1. Verify the email is correct
  2. Use "Forgot password" to reset
  3. Check spam folder for verification email

I'm not receiving the verification email

  1. Check your spam/promotions folder
  2. Wait a few minutes
  3. Request resend from login page
  4. Verify email address is correct

Can I change my email?

Not directly. Contact support to request a change.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Go to the data deletion page
  2. Follow the instructions
  3. Your account and data will be deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

My session keeps logging out

  • Clear browser cookies
  • Verify you're not using incognito mode
  • Try a different browser
